先日のマーマレードアワード受賞に続いて、またまた嬉しいお知らせです。

日本野菜ソムリエ協会主催の「第1回パンのおとも選手権」にて、you-ichiの「TOY JAM ラズベリー＆ピスタチオ」が栄えある最高金賞を獲得いたしました。
全国各地のこだわりの調味料を野菜ソムリエ及び食の専門家が評価し、最も美味しいパンのおともを決定するこの選手権。
バイヤー、シェフ、調味料ソムリエ、野菜ソムリエ等食関連の資格取得者が、各分野の専門家の視点で、 食味ならびに商品価値を評価します。
すでに多くの方々に愛され、you-ichiの看板商品とも言える「TOY JAM ラズベリー＆ピスタチオ」ですが、このたび食のプロ達からのお墨付きをいただけたことで、大変感慨深いものを感じると同時に、我々のものづくりが改めて認められたような気がして自信にもなりました。これからも誇りをもって製造し、皆様のもとへお届けしてまいります！
最高金賞を受賞後、TV、ラジオ、新聞、ネット記事など各種メディアに取り上げていただき、お問い合わせやご注文も多数あり受賞の反響を感じています。
広島の工房で1瓶1瓶心を込めて手作りする為、工場のように量産はできませんが、たくさんの方々にこのジャムを手に取ってワクワク楽しんでいただけるように一生懸命がんばって製造してまいります。

you-ichi's "TOY JAM Raspberry & Pistachio" won the prestigious top gold award at the "The 1st Pan no Otomo Championship" hosted by the Japan Vegetable Sommelier Association.
In this championship, vegetable sommeliers and food experts evaluated carefully selected seasonings from all over Japan.
They evaluated the seasonings to determine the most delicious accompaniment to the bread.
Buyers, chefs, seasoning sommeliers, vegetable sommeliers, and other food-related certified chefs evaluate the taste and product value from the perspective of experts in their respective fields.
"TOY JAM Raspberry & Pistachio" is already loved by many people and can be said to be one of you-ichi's signature products, but to have it endorsed by these food professionals is a deeply moving moment for us, and at the same time, it gives us confidence that our work has been recognized once again. We will continue to make and provide our products with pride!
After receiving the highest gold award, our products have been featured in various media such as TV, radio, newspapers, and online articles, and we have received many inquiries and orders, so we are feeling the response of the award.
Since each jar is handmade in our shop in Hiroshima, we cannot mass-produce it like a factory, but we will do our best so that many people will be thrilled to have this jam in their hands and enjoy it.
